If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the TrueWheels app or services.

1. Definitions

  • “App” refers to the TrueWheels mobile application.

  • “User” refers to any rider, driver, or visitor using the platform.

  • “Services” refer to ride booking, tracking, and related transportation services.

  • “Company” refers to TrueWheels.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the TrueWheels app.
By using the app, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, users must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality

  • All activities conducted under your account

TrueWheels reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Services Description

TrueWheels provides a technology platform that enables users to:

  • Request and book rides

  • Track rides in real time

  • Connect riders with independent drivers

TrueWheels does not provide transportation services directly unless explicitly stated.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the app lawfully

  • Respect drivers and other users

  • Not misuse the app or services

  • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Payments & Charges

  • Fare estimates are shown before booking.

  • Final fares may vary due to distance, time, tolls, or applicable taxes.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

TrueWheels is not responsible for payment gateway failures.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Users may cancel rides subject to cancellation policies shown in the app.

  • Cancellation fees may apply.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to payment provider rules.

8. Location & Data Usage

Use of the app requires location access to:

  • Identify nearby drivers

  • Enable live ride tracking and navigation

Location data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app

  • Use automated tools or bots

  • Violate intellectual property rights

10. Account Suspension & Termination

TrueWheels may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Fraud or misuse is detected

  • Required by law

11. Intellectual Property

All app content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of TrueWheels or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
TrueWheels makes no warranties regarding:

  • Service availability

  • Accuracy of fare estimates

  • Driver behavior

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueWheels shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Losses arising from ride delays, cancellations, or accidents

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold TrueWheels harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

16. Changes to Terms

TrueWheels reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
